A Ravens view of issues that are Humorous, Relevant and Personal. “Would these words make the lost soul, bereft of hope nod his head and smile or throw up?”

Blood Sisters Mountain

January 27th 2008 00:06
Blood Sisters

Sister,
And sisters,
Three sisters,
Triplets one and all,
Souless cantors named,
Bigotry, Hypocrisy n Malice,
Oft seen walking hand in hand,
Touring the length and breath of our stand,
Demanding always, their mindless toll,
Veiled thinly is their malevolent call,
Ever searching the sacrificial lamb,
Without the use of wand or hand,
Their killing words planted deep,
Helpless victims raise a plea,
Dead is the heartless three,
Gone, the ignorant all,
Damn an unholy see,
Bigotry, Hypocrisy
And Malice,
Three.

We all have issues to over come. Raven

Amazing, the triangle and the challis, now I know where you've been,

Too true the sayings that lie within this thin framed reference from within.

'tis wise thou art.

Everyone is queer except thee and me and even thee's a little queer at time, (no reference to the homosexual community, they have enough issues without everyone else starting on them).

katyzzz note the three z's

hahaha, katyzzz, you are always worthy of high praise and not only do you leave me blushing, but occasionally dumb founded as well. It's that double whammy ability of yours. Raven

It's a good job we're all in cyberspace so that we can't see the blushing...

Raven,
Thou art a true poet....Take words and emotion and wrangle them into the shapes of your choosing....To force them into place while allowing them the freedom to dance...
Is Poetry...

HEY!
I just flew threw for another read through - the first time I read this, I was struck by your '3 sisters' line. In our magnificent Blue Mountains(which actually are blue) not too far from me, we have 3 magnificent pinnacles called....The Three Sisters. Ive touched them, sat beneath them. Australia is primarily rock...Our mountains are not really, technically mountains, more high rocky shingles and the Three Sisters are a magnificent example....
But up top there in the forever changing google ads, youve got 'kimberley tours' which I can only imagine relates to our Kimberley Ranges....Ive never been there, but my Dad was stationed there before I was born.....I was supposed to be named Anna, but Dad said that the Kimberley ranges was the most beautiful place he had ever seen....
